My background :

I have more than 30 years' experience of working with school leaders, helping them to understand and use their data effectively.

Prior to setting up my own consultancy  business, I was responsible for leading and managing education data  teams at Leeds City Council. 

I have been working as an independent advisor and consultant since 2015. I work with a core group of about 40 schools in Leeds, as well as with other schools across the country on an ad hoc basis.

My work with governing bodies is strengthened by my own extensive experience of being a governor and Chair of Governors.

I have always loved visiting schools, talking with head teachers and  governors  - and providing quality training has always been one of the  most rewarding aspects of my role.
